Solid oak staircase in smoked, limed effect finish. Balustrade and screens in low iron glass, clamped to edge of trades with a stepped stringer caver to conceal fixings.
Interior made in solid hardwood maple lipped and veneer finish. Doors and panels in solid hardwood lipped natural ebony makassar with special care taken to horizontally match up veneer grains. Fitted Gaggenau appliances throughout, under mounted Blanco s/s sink and solid Galaxy Gold granite worktop with modern “glass effect” breakfast bar.
TV unit with hardwood lippings to all edges, finished in piano black polish gloss lacquer. Matt black slate hearth inset with build in fireplace. All doors on touch latches, wrapped with black speaker fabric. LED light below doors with special effect mirror glass side panels above.
